CNA – Corporate Finance, S.A.<\/strong> (CNA-CF), founded in 2012, provides specialized financial and strategic consulting<\/strong> services. Through an in-depth knowledge of the characteristics of the Portuguese companies, in various sectors of activity, and a rigorous, proactive approach, CNA-CF presents itself as a reference partner in the search for the right solutions for the needs of shareholders, entrepreneurs and investors.<\/p>\n

In recent years, CNA-CF focused on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) <\/strong>advisory, with several completed transactions, both national and international (cross-border<\/em>), with a total value of more than 100 million euros, in sectors as diverse as agrobusiness, manufacturing, services and environmental technologies.<\/p>\n

Graduated in Management from the Instituto Superior de Gest\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

He began his professional career in the field of auditing and financial consultancy, taking on manager roles in one of the world’s largest companies in the sector, in the area of large industrial, pharmaceutical, distribution, transport, communications and services companies. After, joined a large business group, in charge of administration and finance during the group’s global restructuring. Subsequently, he became a member of the Board of Directors with financial responsibility, among others. More recently, he has been working as a consultant on financial and strategic restructuring projects.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Graduated in Economics from Universidade Lus\u00edada and a Master’s degree in Development and International Cooperation from ISEG.<\/p>\n

Extensive professional experience in investment banking and financial markets. Prior to joining CNA-CF, has held various positions in brokerage, asset management and <\/span>private banking, both in<\/span>\u00a0national and international financial institutions.<\/span> In-depth knowledge of financial products and investment solutions, including alternative investments, structured products and private equity funds.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Graduated in Management and Master’s in Finance, from Universidade Cat\u00f3lica Portuguesa.<\/p>\n
